Rearth USA Return Policy

We take great pride in our products, and hope you are delighted with your purchase from Rearth USA. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority!

 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund minus shipping fee within resalable condition.

All we ask is that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging. Once your order is received at Rearth warehouse, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. 

The original shipping fee is not refundable. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. 

You will be notified by email once your return as been processed. 

  • Only items purchased Directly from will be eligible for return request. If the customer had purchased our products from our authorize reseller please contact them for their own policies. This policy will not cover the items that had been purchased from non-authorized reseller.
  • All customers wishing to return their purchases must first obtain a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' (RMA) number.
  • All returns/exchanges must be non-damage or unopen and contains all original contents. Otherwise, a minimum of a 20% restocking fee will apply

  • Some Exception will be made for the  Ringbo Screen Protector and Ringz Accessories. The 30 Days Money Back Guarantee still applies. However, please contact us for return assistance.

  • The refund will be applied to the credit card initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial
    institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement.
  • Special orders cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective. This includes Pre-Order items.
  • We recommend that you insure your return package or send with delivery tracking and confirmation since Rearth is not responsible
    for lost or damaged shipments.
Exchange Process
  • All exchanges will be process in the same manner as our return procedure.
  • Please follow the return procedure.
  • Request an RMA from us. 
  • Than return the case back to us for a refund and simply reorder a new case.
  • *Any Returned Products that are not in Original Packaging, missing contents, or in USED condition are subject to Minimum 20% Restocking Fee as we can no longer use the item.

Rearth Products, LLC and its affiliated companies worldwide (Rearth Ringke, Ringbo, Verco) warrants our Rearth products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the Warranty Period). Rearth does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any smart phone or other device made by anyone other than Rearth. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Rearth product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Rearth will (i) repair the Rearth product using new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the Rearth product with a new or refurbished Rearth product. For purposes of this limited warranty, refurbished means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

Once Rearth receives your returned Product, Rearth will evaluate your claim (typically within 7-10 business days) to determine whether the returned Product does not conform to this limited warranty. If Rearth determines that there is no trouble found with your returned Product or the returned Product is not eligible for warranty service, Rearth will ship the Product back to you, at Rearths expense. If Rearth determines that there is a warranted defect in the Product, Rearth will, at its option, remedy the defect as set forth below in this limited warranty. Rearth is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to Rearth. We recommend that you ship your returned products to Rearth via a trackable shipment method. Domestic customers are responsible for all shipping fee. Customers located outside of the USA, are responsible for all shipping cost.

Please note: Our warranty covers one replacement case, which does not have a warranty and cannot be refunded.


  • Normal wear and tear of Product use
  • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use
  • Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
  • Product that has been modified or altered
  • Any product that is not manufactured by Rearth (including, without limitation, any non-Rearth product that is used in connection with the Product)

Exclusions and Limitations

Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Rearth expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that Rearth shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on this product. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the product.

Rearth's Limited Warranty does not cover misuse, accident, or abuse; damage to any non-Rearth product; shipping or other costs associated with returning the product to Rearth; or incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This policy is only valid for naturally defective problem. For example if the product arrives chipped, broken, or ripped. Defects caused by any other incidents including: failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or damage caused by owner's usage cannot be applied for this warranty.

If the product came as a package, please note that we only replace the defective item and not the package. Also, this replacement will be good for a one time replacement offer.

All Replacement will be shipped via Package Free Unit (PFU) to help reduce excess waste that can be harmful to the environment.

How to Return/Exchange a Product

Return/Exchange is fast and easy.

1. Log into your account.

2. Click the order number containing the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Add New RMA at the page.

4. Choose the Reason and Method for the return and add comments regarding return/exchanges.

5. Click Save RMA.

6. In 24-48 hours, you will receive an email with RMA number and important instructions. Please, do not ship the item(s) until you receive an authorization email from us.

7. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Rearth USA cannot be responsible for items that are damaged and do not arrive at our warehouse.

8. Mail your return with the appropriate postage.
